Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Joinee app and this site. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, don't use Joinee.

Who can use Joinee

You need to be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. One account per person. Keep your phone number and sign-in codes to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

What Joinee does, and what it doesn't

Joinee builds an AI identity from what you tell it, scores job listings against it, drafts resumes, cover letters and screening answers, and can reply to questions about you. It is a tool. It does not employ you, guarantee interviews or offers, and it is not a recruitment agency or a career, legal or financial adviser.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Joinee — your answers, files, notes, voice samples, posts and messages — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the product can work: training your AI, generating documents, delivering messages, and showing content to the people you have chosen to share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies already sent to someone else and backups clearing on their own schedule.

Only add material you have the right to add. Don't upload someone else's confidential documents, and don't clone a voice that isn't yours.

Check what goes out in your name

Joinee generates text and speech from what you have taught it, and it is built not to invent facts about you. It can still be wrong. Every resume and cover letter is shown to you before it is sent, and you are responsible for what you submit and for what your AI says once you have allowed it to reply. Review it.

Rules

• Don't misrepresent your experience, identity or qualifications.
• Don't impersonate anyone, or set your AI up to impersonate anyone else.
• Don't harass, threaten or abuse other people, in chats or communities.
• Don't post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or hammer our systems with automated traffic.
• Don't use Joinee to build a competing dataset or model.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we remove content that does.

Credits and subscriptions

Joinee is free to start. Some AI-heavy actions — generating documents, running screenings, publishing posts — spend credits, which you can buy or receive with a subscription. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and their refund rules apply. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you do in your store account. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Availability

We change, add and remove features. We try to keep Joinee running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance.

Liability

Joinee is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or the outcome of any application, interview or hiring decision. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. The sections that should survive the end of this agreement — your content permissions as described above, liability, and this paragraph — do.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Joinee after that means you accept the new terms.
